Marites Algones is a designer and art director whose work aims to align empathy, thought, and beauty. Her approach values team building with particular emphasis on attention to detail, recognizing client needs, and fostering emotional connections between brands and audiences.
Her extensive design experience in media and fashion blends several disciplines: digital, print, experiential, visual, and brand design. Previously at Courageous, Warner Bros. Discovery’s branded-content studio, Condé Nast, and award-winning design studios, Marites leads teams that create engaging storytelling experiences for Fortune 500 and world-renowned companies.
In her spare time, Marites seeks connection within her Brooklyn community and California-based family by expanding her knowledge through local and international art and culture. She takes a moment to slow down to find inspiration in nature, reading, movies, volleyball, mahjong parties, and her two cats, Jet and Lux.
